Every agency case study page looks the same. Twelve cropped screenshots of $4 leads and not a word about whether any of it turned into a signed contract. So here's ours, with the caveats attached, because the caveats are the part that tells you whether we're worth talking to.

C$1,088,000 of pipeline sitting in one window company's CRM, off $7,561.13 of Meta spend across roughly three months. Read that as pipeline value, not revenue in the bank — the CRM values each opportunity at C$8,000. There were another 10 new leads and 11 that went cold on top of it.

12 homeowner leads in five days on $217.51 of spend. Small window, small sample, and we'll say so. A second kitchen campaign ran 19 leads across ad sets at $27.40 blended, with the best set at $23.11.

17 homeowner leads on $408.85 of Meta spend, from 16,026 people reached.

15 conversions from 162 clicks on $891 of Google Ads for the same epoxy contractor, which landed as 15 opportunities worth C$42,000 in his CRM.

These are home improvement clients, not outdoor living. Windows, kitchens, epoxy floors. Smaller tickets than a backyard build and a shorter decision.
What carries across is the buyer. A homeowner spending $8,000 on windows and a homeowner spending $85,000 on a backyard behave the same way. They research for months, they stall, they go quiet, and they get lost in the gaps between the enquiry and the follow-up. That's the part we build for.
Pipeline is not revenue. Where we've said pipeline, we mean opportunities sitting in a CRM at an assigned value. We don't have the close data on those accounts and we're not going to pretend we do.
Before the home improvement work, Jaco ran ads at a different scale. He managed around $500,000 a month in Meta spend on Tai Lopez's accounts and produced $425,000 in profit inside 90 days. He's run funnels for Storm Leroy, consulted on accounts at Levered, and built the VSL that Beverly Hills Publishing sold from. On a separate B2B funnel of his own, 41 booked appointments at a 39% show rate off $1,000 of spend, and 84 booked calls at roughly $24.78 each across a summer.
Elias has generated 2,500+ customers and booked appointments out of cold traffic for clients in categories where nobody knew his name.
That's the background. It isn't a contractor case study and we're not dressing it up as one.
An outdoor living contractor with twelve months of results and a video testimonial. We're early as a pair. Pretending otherwise would be the exact thing we're telling you to watch out for on the rest of this site.
That's why the deal is 3 to 6 projects in 90 days or you don't pay us. You're not paying to find out whether it works. We're carrying that, because we want the case study more than we want a retainer.
If you want to be the contractor we build that around, the terms are good right now. They won't be once we've got it.
